Making of Let’s Talk Campaign

October 1st, 2018

Officially launching on October 8th 2018 (which also happens to be the due date of my 3rd child!) Let’s Talk is a campaign aiming to raise awareness for all forms of mental health problems and encourage conversations on the subject. I worked with superstar photographer Charlie Clift to talk to people from all walks of life about their own experiences of mental illness and then I painted excerpts from their interviews directly onto their faces and Charlie took their photographs. The resulting portraits will be displayed as a free outdoor exhibition on display from the 8th-21st October in Regent’s Place, London, thanks to the support of British Land.

The video opposite was shot by Peter Lewis Beighton.
